IMPORTANCE OF WATER!

Water plays an important role in the life of all living creatures. Each and every creature need water almost every day. Life without water is unimaginable. Nowadays, due to increasing population water is becoming scarce and it is becoming near to impossible to fulfil water needs of the entire population. Therefore, conservation of water has become really important.
Not only living things but industries also need water to produce the goods and services.
Scarcity of water is a real cause of concern. Inadequate water can lead to real health issues. Clean water is very important to live a healthy life. Its difficult to manage water shortage because water is a non renewable natural resource. Theres no alternate for it. Water helps in excreting waste from our body through sweat, urination, and defecation. So replenishing the water in our body is essential to prevent dehydration. Drinking water also helps in reducing calories and maintaining body weight because it can increase the rate of metabolism.

On the other hand, water has many advantages related to fitness and health. It plays a huge factor in losing weight because it has zero calories.
In order to conserve water, everybody should take initiative and save as much water as possible to live a healthy and happy life.
