Iffat Nosheen’s heartbreaking story is an inspiration for all the women out there

We see many heartbreaking stories on social media where women are treated badly by their husband, in laws, aur kaafi tou khaandaan ke tanaay aur nandon ki jali kuri baatein sun ke hi depression ka shikaar hojati hain. But there are some stories jinko parhne ke baad humaray rongte kharay hojatay hain aur sath hi Allah ka shukar ada karte hain ke hum aisi azmaish se bachay hue hain. But this particular story will definitely is an inspiration for all.

Let’s have a look at her inspiring story!

“My name is Iffat Nosheen, I am 37 years old and this is my story.

When I was married at 25, the nightmare began soon enough. We started fighting right after our honeymoon. I learned quickly I was solely responsible for the upbringing of my children. My husband was not only abusive but didn’t provide for us financially. I finally took a job when my first little girl was almost three. In my fifth year of marriage, I was blessed with another daughter and together these two treasures of mine made up my whole world.

Then my significant other, having constrained me by his inaction into getting to be plainly in charge of bills and goods, he instead was then involved in extramarital affairs. He would apologize and afterward rehash. He took drugs and destroyed other ladies’ lives. He forced me to sell my gold to assemble his own particular house.

I continued trudging on endeavoring to make sense of how to survive this. All the more essentially, how to get my kids through this. I perceived my emotional well-being was falling apart seriously. I ended up plainly self-destructive. After sleepless nights and moving through a fog of depression, I am pleased to say that even at this low point I knew the importance of reaching out for help. Dr. Haroon Raseed gave me medicinal counsel and helped me clarify my thoughts.

While I was learning how to create healthy patterns of thinking, still trying to envision what to do with my marriage, true disaster struck. My younger daughter was diagnosed with brain cancer. Her life ended after a brief three month struggle. The cancer progressed rapidly. She spent the last forty days of her life in a vegetative state. As any mother can imagine, I was by her bedside constantly.

Her father, on the other hand wasn’t even bothered. He was an investor and worked what he considered a strenuous 9 to 5 work. He barely invested any energy with his little girl until the point that she left this world. It was downhill for me from that point. What method for dealing with stress is there for a naturally deprived mother? After a year, my heart had still not mended but rather there appeared to be a name for the unclear medical issues I had been encountering – Multiple Sclerosis.

I had to leave my job at the school I worked at. This, of course, infuriated my husband, who had no intention of providing for me and our daughter. In fact, he was even more angry because my daughter no longer got concession on her school fees.

My doctor prescribed me bed rest. That was the final nail in the coffin for my marriage. My husband mocked me, claiming this was all an act. That I was being an attention seeker. I took my daughter and belongings and went to my parents. I had to resign from my job. My husband responded to this by telling me never to come back.

Here, I must say that best friends are a blessing. Friends are the family you make for yourself. I advise all women going through troubles at home to keep their friend circle strong. Don’t isolate yourself. True friends will give you the morale boost you need. They will knock sense into you. They’re your backbone when the world beats you down.

That’s not to say parents and siblings are anything to minimize. My family was my armour during these times. We recently went on a trip to the Pakistan-China border, and made some amazing memories that I know my daughter will cherish for the rest of her life.

My health isn’t so good these days. I had to stay in the ICU for four days. I’m out now, and researching how best to minimize the symptoms of Multiple Sclerosis. There is no cure for this illness. It affects the nerves and so there are some physical symptoms, as well as fatigue. More effort is required for all activities. I have heard there is some hope as my doctors are attempting further treatments. I have faith in Allah and seek His help in my difficulties. And so I hope to get back on my feet and be as fierce as ever! When you hit rock bottom, the only way is up!

In the end I would like to say I am better because of a very strong parental and sibling support. It’s a key factor in our society that many women face difficulties due to lack of family support. My family is trying their best to rehabilitate me so I can be back on my feet.”

While talking to her further, she informed team FHM that she will be getting her money and jewelry back. Her father and brother has taken strict action against her husband. Thankfully she is getting back to a normal life.
After reading her story, I must say she has inspired a lot of women out there who have lost every single hope. Trust me when I say this Allah usi ko azmaata hai jissay be inteha pyaar karta hai. Aur Allah ki har azmaish ke peechay koi na koi wajah zaroor hoti hai. Never lose hope. Have faith in Allah and believe that whatever you are going through will end soon.
Once again I would like to say that Iffat you are definitely an inspiration for all. Stay blessed!
