I am sure everyone is pretty aware of this specific word Ramen. Okay, so what is Ramen. Ramen is a Japanese adaptation of Chinese wheat noodles. According to the record of the Yokohama Ramen Museum, originated in China and made its way over to Japan in 1859. Early versions were wheat noodles in broth topped with Chinese-style roast pork.
I have been following this food blogger Seonkyoung Longest from since past few months back and honestly I am drooling over all her unique recipes of Ramen. However, she cooks many other dishes but she has an expertise in this recipe.
Obviously, you can use the alternatives and play with the ingredients if they are not available in your area but keep the base same. Trust me you will thank me later after trying all these mouth-watering recipes.
