Kangana Ranaut is all set to return to the big screen with Manikarnika: The Queen of Jhansi. The film will hit the screens on 25 January. The makers recently launched the music album of the film which was met by a positive response.
In an recent interview with a leading news portal, Kangana Ranaut revealed that she would like to be a part of a super girl film with Priyanka Chopra.
The actress said, “I would definitely like to do (a movie with Priyanka).We have done a film called Krrish 3 together where she was playing a homely girl but I think if we both are like supergirls or something that would work. Me and Priyanka can kick some butts. Essentially she is very like that as a person, she can kick butts, she is quite tough.”
Talking about Manikarnika, the film will give us a glimpse of Rani Laxmibai’s transformation from an ordinary women to a fierce and fearless queen who would stop at nothing to keep her kingdom safe. Along with Kangana, the movie also stars Ankita Lokhande, Jisshu Sengupta and Mohammed Zeeshan Ayyub in pivotal roles.
