After Mahira Khan, Mawra Hocane and Humaima Malik we have another actress who is all set to work with the bollywood industry and she is non other than the “Jawaani Phir Nahi Ani” actress Sarwat Gillani. She is all set to work alongside a popular Bollywood ‘Khan’
Sarwat stated; “It’s going to be a Khan film … I will be working with one of the Khans.” However, that was all that the actress had to say about the film, stating that she would have more to say when the time was right.
JPNA was the first commercial movie she ever did that became a highest grossing film ever. Belonging to a Pukhtun family, Sarwat Gillani did not find it difficult to play a Pathan woman in the flick.
Sarwat said; “People loved my role because I played it very naturally. I didn’t have to make up the accent because I am familiar with Pukhtun culture to a great extent.”
Sarwat also spoke on a possible sequel to Jawani Phir Nahi Ani and said that despite some changes to the cast, the six main lead members will be retained. “The main six cast members will be retained. Some others will be replaced,” she said.
The name of the bollywood khan is yet to be revealed.
