There are a lot of people in this world who are unemployed and free in this world, and they have nothing to do except for sleeping and eating and just binge watching Netflix or tv shows. Self isolation might not be the solution of anxiety, depression or panic attacks, isolation makes human even more useless. It is very tough to find things to do when you are free and have nothing to do. When a person has nothing to do and is free all the time, his/her mind starts thinking about only negative things. There are quite a lot of things t keep yourself busy and to be productive in life. I know few of them, so let me share them with you. Take classes of your favorite passion and learn about it for example it could be learning guitar, singing, dancing or anything in the world, could be cooking too. Explore new things, new experiments. You can go out and explore new locations too. Take some time out for yourself, do yoga, or meditation, could be skin care as well and gymming. Most importantly priorities your mental health. Ignore all the negativities around yourself and just focus on the positivity’s happening in your life. You can even write a book on anything. These are many of the very few things that will help you to keep yourself busy.
