- Take time out to assess and observe feelings-if something is bothering, sort that out!
- At the end of each day write down something you are grateful for- so you avoid taking life and opportunities for granted
- If you are experiencing negativity, write them down and challenge them.
- Look after your physical health; go for walks, have a balanced diet.
- Spend time to connect with family and friends
- If your emotions are overwhelming you, do not be afraid to share your feelings with somebody.
- Get some time out for “me” time
- Start and end your day with deep breathing
- Make a realistic to-do list- write down what you can achieve in a day
- Stop comparing yourself with other people, instead look up and learn from them!
