Many of us including me have gone through a lot of traumatic painful things in life which we don’t really talk about. We all have been through rough and tough phases of our life and I think that its a very natural feeling that every human must have gone through. Trauma is something that does not leave you that easily, you have to keep your self indulge in activities, divert your mind completely to get over it. But its not also impossible. slow and steady you get over it. The more you think about that traumatic person and incident, the more you feel lost and the more trauma gets stick to you. See, life is all about challenges and sadness, happiness and a lot of lows and highs. You just need to know and lets be honest you just have to be strong enough first to get past through your traumas. Get up from your bed, Go out hangout with your friends, find good sports activities or any other engaging activity to keep your self busy, read books, find a good job for yourself, delete all the traumatic things from your phone, stay with people who respect you and are loyal to you. Try to stay positive, keep your mind filled with positive and good thoughts only and last but not the least, stay close to your family specially your parents. Give yourself some time.
