Spend a day doing things which make you genuinely happy and relax. Spend a day pampering yourself or with the loved ones. Carry out an activity that makes you happy and makes you forget about your worries. You deserve a break!
4- Speak:
It is very important to cry your heart out. No matter how strong you are as a person, you do require someone at one point to speak your heart out. It’s always a relief to have a shoulder to lean on. So never hesitate to say your feelings out because it really makes a difference when you say it out loud.
5- Keep a balance:
We might not take it seriously, but sugar, caffeine, and processed items contribute to triggering panic or anxiety attacks. Reduce the intake and switch to a healthy balanced diet.
