What is Dehydration ? See Dehydration occurs when there is lack of water intake in our body, when there is lack of fluid intake. When we use a lot of amount of fluid from our body, Dehydration occurs. In this case, your body doesn’t have enough amount of water and other fluids to carry other normal functions. Even a slight little amount of water lacking can cause dehydration. Let me tell you few symptoms about Dehydration and how can you figure out that its dehydration.

You start feeling dizzy and low and weak. You go through headaches and body pain, obviously because when you will not have not enough water in your body than how will you cope up with it ? Constipation, loss of appetite and fatigue also occurs because of dehydration. One of the major symptom is UTI that is Urinary Tract Infection.
The few tips to get rid of dehydration is to drink loads of water, in fact one should drink 8 t9 glass of water every day. Keep a track on how much fluid in take you are taking per day throughout the day. And I would also suggest you to avoid alcohol, soda and cold drinks to avoid dehydration.
