How can you treat hyperpigmentation naturally?

Pigmentation talk about the coloring of the skin. Skin pigmentation is a condition that effects the skin in a way that it changes the color of your skin.

Hyperpigmentation disorder causes your skin to darken. It’s harmless but sometimes can be caused by underlying medical condition. This can affect patches of your skin or your entire body. Age spots, also called liver spots, are a common type of hyperpigmentation.

There are numerous ways that you can treat hyperpigmentation at home. Few are stated below:

 

Apple cider vinegar

Apple cider vinegar contains acetic acid, which may lighten pigmentation. You can combine equal parts of apple cider vinegar and water in a container and apply to your dark patches daily.

Aloe vera

Aloe vera comprises of aloin that lightens the skin. Whether you’re using aloe vera from the plant or a store product, just apply a thin layer on the hyperpigmented area of skin several times a day.

 

Green tea extract

Green tea extract have a depigmenting effect when applied to skin. Some people suggest that applying green tea bags to dark spots can has a lightening effect. After using the tea bag let it cool down and just rub over your dark patches twice a day.

Tomato paste

Tomato paste is rich in lycopene which protects the skin against short-term and long-term aspects of photo damage. You consumed 55 grams of tomato paste in olive oil daily for 12 weeks.
