Here’s the list of Fawad Khan’s ‘CANCELLED’ Bollywood projects

No matter how much we discuss about this man, we just never seem to get fed up! Yes I’m talking about none other than Fawad Khan. The whole world wants to know what is up and coming with Fawad Khan’s future in the entertainment industry, especially when it comes to him and Bollywood!

All was well until the drastic and political barriers that pulled in, resulting in the ban on Pakistani artists to working in projects across the border. And this ultimately led to the cancellation of our chocolate hero’s much awaited flicks as well.

So, here are the movies that Fawad was rumoured to be part of, those we will obviously not be able to feast our eyes on due to unforeseen circumstances!

1. Gusthakiyaan

Karan Johar had his eyes on our shining star Fawad for the longest of times. But, who would’ve known that India’s big-wig director Sanjay Leela Bhansali also wanted to cast him in one of his blockbusters, replacing the veteran Irrfan Khan with his role instead!

2. Jugalbandi

After the rumored news of replacing Irrfan Khan in Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s much-awaited endeavor, Fawad also replaced the Indian Nawab Saif Ali Khan for Salman Khan’s ‘Jugalbandi’, bagging his role alongside the ever-chirpy and cheery Jacqueline Fernandez. Rumor had it that even the Big B of Bollywood, Amitabh Bachchan, was all set to star in the movie.

3. Mr. Chaalu

We were super excited for Fawad Khan as Mr. Chaalu, with plans to share a romantic screen presence with Miss World 2000 winner and Quantico actress, Priyanka Chopra. To be directed by Reema Katgi, Khoobsurat Khan and Bollywood’s Desi girl Priyanka, would’ve without a doubt made a wonderful couple!

4. A Zoya Akhtar Movie

Replacing B-town’s top actor Hrithik Roshan, Khan was set to star opposite his leading lady, Jennifer Winget. Once again according to rumor mill, Ranveer Singh was to showcase his dynamic performance in the venture as well. Such a jodi with these two dashing actors would’ve definitely made it a must-watch!

5. Raat Baki

Literally, minutes before the Pakistani artist ban in India, Fawad had signed yet another Bollywood flick with Karan Johar. This would’ve been his third film with the director after Kapoor and Sons and Ae Dil Hai Mushkil, with the jaw-dropping and mesmerizing Katrina Kaif!
