Hamza Ali Abbasi gives his stance on fatherhood

Hamza Ali is a name well known to all from serial Pyarey Afzal to Salahuddin in the drama serial Mann Mayal and his mesmerizing character in Alif he never ceased to impress us. He also won our hearts from the TV screens to the big screens.

He began his acting career in 2006 in the play Dally in the Dark, which was produced by Shah Shahrahbeel. He made his film debut in a short film, The Glorious Resolve, directed by Bilal Lashari. In 2013, he appeared in two feature films, Main Hoon Shahid Afridi and Waar, for which he received the Best Star Debut Male and Best Supporting Actor awards at the 1st ARY Film Awards.

Since a couple of years we have not seen Hamza in any projects as he took a break from acting. During his break for the media he got married and had a beautiful son. Recently we contacted Hamza and asked him about his future plans, to which he stated he was enjoying fatherhood.

Hamza’s life revolves around his son, he loves fatherhood and feels men should be equally involved in the child’s upbringing as the mother. He also informed that he avoids travelling for work and prefers to stay put so that his son doesn’t get disturbed, he enunciated that its difficult travelling with a baby and he keeps his son’s comfort on top priority.

We definitely love this father son bond and wish more men would think like this, having said that we would definitely like to see Hamza on the screen again.
