It’s no surprise that fans of Game of Thrones would want the series finale to end on a high note. With the show nearing its end, Maisie Williams has said the final season of Game of Thrones will “go out with a bang”, but admitted she is sad to see the show come to an end.
Speaking exclusively at the London premiere of her latest movie Early Man, Williams said: “I’m sad that it’s coming to an end but this series is so wonderful and I’m so proud of it.
“The story is just so good that we’re going to go out with a bang for sure!”
Earlier, it was also revealed that fans of the show will have to wait till 2019 to find out the fate of their favourite characters. David Benioff and D B Weiss are set to return as directors for the six-episode final season.
