Furqan Qureshi is a superb actor who does not require an introduction following his string of popular dramas such as Mere Paas Tum Ho, Daasi, Aulad, and Raqs-e-bismil. Aulaad, Aik Jhooti Love Story, and Banno are some of Furqan’s most recent prominent ventures. Furqan Qureshi recently visited Har Lamha Purjosh and spoke about his life hardships since his father died in 2009. He also talks about being turned down as an actor by a well-known network. “I went to Geo Television with my CV, obviously, I didn’t have any experience and I wasn’t that good looking, I just went there,” he explained. “The channel official rejected me on the spot, the owner also said to me that what is this nonsense as you don’t even have the looks of an actor, it is better to go into the editing room and start editing.” He went on to say that he was desperate to make a respectable living at the time, so he began working as an editor, and that it took him more than six years to break into acting.
