Foolish Fitness: Dangers of steroids!

As we all know, these days gyms and other fitness stations are doing really well because with the period of time people are starting to learn the importance of fitness in their life. 

The graph of fitness has really increased in the past 5 years but whenever there are pros to something, there are some cons too. The young generation is getting too influenced by public figures and they are ready to do anything to get a good body but on the fast track. I mean sometimes people aren’t willing to work on themselves and want overnight solutions. This often leads them towards the consumption of steroids. 

Gym trainers are too busy in filling their pockets by suggesting such people to take steroids without even telling them how dangerous it could be. There are no regulations, no tests, no precautions which are given to them before consumption. This has led to many deaths due to lack of awareness and the obsession to look good especially amongst people aged between 25-35 who lost their lives due to heart attacks and mostly nerve damage.

Therefore, people should understand that fitness and a good body is not a monthly or yearly goal. If you want to achieve, it’s a lifestyle and you have to stay consistent and determined as it’s a long highway and if they try to take any shortcut it’s gonna lead them to a dead end.
