Salty food causes water retention in the body which can cause imbalance in maintaining the electrolytes.
MILKSHAKES
Well, shakes are the best thing to drink on the road. But, dairy products can easily cause an upset stomach. Wait till you reach your destination.
FAST FOOD
Drive-thru is the gateway to quick food but, the fats in fast food makes you sluggish and dull. If you eat burger and fries, you will be needing a bed post meal.
SOFT DRINKS
Don’t let the gases upsets your stomach. Consume water instead of frizzy drinks to avoid gas, bloating or abdominal pain.
CITRUS DRINKS
Orange juice or lemonade are not your best friends while on the road. Consume it on your own risk, only if you have a mobile toilet attached to you car for sudden stop-overs.
COFFEE AND TEA
Same as citrus drinks, they are temporary best friends; only if you want to shoo the sleep away. But beware, bladder activity will be a problem.
