Flex Your Arms For The Sake Of Summers

When we say summer ready or beach ready body we talk about toned abs, legs and arms. But if you haven’t worked on it at all you could easily be spotted in your sweatshirts but girls summers are meant for sexy outfits – tank tops, tee shirts and what not. Work out a bit and bring out the best in you.

Follow these four exercises to achieve toned and sculpted arms this summer.

Bicep Curls

Stand shoulder width apart, keep your abs tight. Curl one arm at a time. Perform 10 reps on each arm.

Tricep Kickbacks

Bring the arm up, squeeze and flex out the back of the arm. Perform 10 reps on each arm.

Bent Over Rows

Deadlift-Back-Row

Step on to a resistance band, step and row arms in an upward motion. Perform 15 reps.

Push-Ups

Set you hands slightly farther than shoulder-width apart. Lower yourself until your elbows are at about a 90 degree angle then push back up. Perform 10 reps.
