This just in, it has been said by the Minister for Education Shafqat Mahmood on Sunday that all decisions regarding closure of schools amid rising coronavirus cases in Pakistan will be announced on Monday. He said that he will conduct a press conference tomorrow at 12 30 pm to announce the decision made after a meeting conducted with inter provisional education ministers.
To all those eagerly awaiting the outcome of tomorrow’s inter provincial education ministers meeting. I will be holding a press conference at 12.30 after the conclusion of the meeting in which all decisions would be announced .

Furthermore, he also that the government has yet to decide due to the second wave of coronavirus cases schools should be closed again or not. He also added that he recommends online education for students, only teachers can come to school and stay in touch with the students. Also, at those educational institutes where facilities for online education are not available, students would come to school one day and take their homework.
