FIGHT YOUR FEARS!

Do you have any fear? Or a childhood trauma? And you are clueless to figure out ways to fight your fears ? This blog is all about fighting your fears or how to overcome fears. What exactly is Fear ? Fear is one of the most basic human emotion. It is programmed into the nervous system and works like an instinct. From the time we’re infants, we are equipped with the survival instincts necessary to respond with fear when we sense danger or feel unsafe. Fear makes us alert to danger and prepares us to deal with it. 

One of the predominate emotions we experience is Fear.  

To fight your fears, one should first acknowledge their fears. Being able to specifically identify the fear will definitely lessen it’s hold on to you. Try to share your fears. It’s a fact that through your fears with others may help you see that you are not alone. In this way other’s will also have a view of what’s troubling you. 

Analyse your fears, take a look at the list of your fears and try to identify your triggers and phobias. Take time out for yourself so you can physically calm yourself down. Try to breathe through panic. Do not try to be perfect. Life is full of stresses, yet many of us feel that our lives must be perfect. Bad days and setbacks will always happen, and it’s important to remember that life is messy.
