Womenx organised a very casual and candid conversation session in collaboration with Fashion Pakistan Council PSTD (Pakistan Society For Training and Development) for the fashion entrepreneurs in Karachi.
The session was moderated by Faisal Kapadia, while the panel composed of Fashion Pakistan Council’s CEO Wardha Saleem, Chairperson Sanam Chaudhri and Mahin Hussain. The session was attended by fashion journalist Mohsin Sayeed and women who are in the fashion industry along with bloggers.
The whole idea behind organising this session was to educate budding and aspiring fashion entrepreneurs regarding what it takes to succeed in the fashion industry. The panel shared their personal experiences, forte and the journey of becoming what they are now.
The panel talked about all the important factors required to establish a successful fashion brand, how to be original, focused, analytical and consistent with latest fashion trends.
The whole idea behind organising such event is to educated people more regarding fashion and business altogether, as it is a very creative and fascinating phenomenon which grabs everyone’s attention. And having a full knowledge about what you are creating gives a fashion designer an edge from others.
