Eminem is looking to find a buyer for his 5.7-acre compound in Oakland Township, Mich. and he is not afraid to take a hit on the low price tag of $1.999 million though the asking price is significantly lower than what he paid for it, despite it having a number of luxury features.
The mansion, which features six ensuite bedrooms, a swimming pool and six acres of land was purchased for $4.75million by the chart-topper 14 years ago, but is now listed on the market for a mere $1.999million.
Each bedroom is a suite, so it has plenty of room inside, and sits on nearly six acres in the northern outskirts of the Detroit suburbs. A large kitchen ensures that whoever buys the place has plenty of room to cook up a storm, whilst a cavernous dining room also leads outside to an eye catching swimming pool. The pool also comes complete with a waterfall spa, whilst a cabana with fully fitted kitchen featuring modern stainless silver appliances.Other features include tennis courts, a guest house which comes complete with its own game room, and a private pond set in woods.A very interesting and notable feature is that the home has an extra spot for security. It lists a “guard house” as one of its selling points, other security measures include hefty iron gates and a perimeter fence around the property.
