The world we live in today, it is essential to focus on our well-being through exercise, skin care, meditation and of course ensuring we have a routine that keeps us active and make enough time for sleep. Since we live in a fast-paced environment, it becomes quite hard to manage our eating habits and many of us tend to not have the time to spare hours in a kitchen as we are either working or have a family to tend to. Those of you that are diet conscious and tired of eating the same old meals, I have a wonderful recipe for you that will surely be a favourite.
Here is a quick and easy recipe for chicken that you can add to your salads, pita, sandwiches or consume on its own.
Ingredients:
1 kg chicken
Black Pepper
Red Chilli Powder
Salt
Turmeric
Cajun Spice
Dried Parsley
Olive Oil
Lemon Juice
Marinate the chicken with all the spices and olive oil plus lemon juice for around 30 minutes. Heat a pan and add chicken, stir fry on medium to high heat and serve hot!
You can alternatively bake, grill or even air fry this chicken.
You will surely be addicted to this quick and simple recipe.
