Pakistani Drama industry has gradually, but firmly, reached the heights of success. People across the border are also appreciating the time and work put in, and have started broadcasting our efforts. Keeping this in mind, Unilever has joined its massive forces with Symmetry Group to introduce a digital drama viewing platform called as “DramaTime”; in Pakistan.
DramaTime is, basically, an online portal that will feature Pakistani drama content from the top television channels of the country including Hum TV Network, APlus, ATV, Express Network, TV One and Urdu1. DramaTime will help fight the piracy and will expand the digital viewership of the content. It will also make it easier for Unilever to get in touch with their virtual audience.
The launch of DramaTime happened yesterday with a glamorous and star-studded event. The event was hosted by, Mansha Pasha and Yasir Hussain with Chief Guests Sultana Siddiqui (CEO-Hum Network) and Bilal Lakhani (CEO- Express Group). The event was attended by the hottest faces from across the town including Feroze Khan, Aijaz Aslam, Behroaz sabzwari, Rubina Ashraf, Saba Hameed, Sarwat Gillani, Yasir Hussain, Mehwish Hayat, Nosheen Shah, Ahsan Khan, Wajahat Rauf, Shazia Wajahat, Hina Bayat, Tipu Shareef, Sanam Jhung amongst many others.
