Coeus Solutions Ltd commits to a more balanced gender environment
Lahore, Pakistan: Coeus Solutions Ltd announced a dedicated Women In Tech program at Coeus.
“We already have amazing high-performing women colleagues and this program will help us create a more balanced team,” added Anum Khan, Head of People Ops, “We are committed to gender equality in all our office locations and as we scale, one of our top priorities is to have as diverse and as gender balanced environment as possible.”
Coeus Solutions recently announced the acquisition of a new office as well as a plan to recruit 300 new team members.
“As we scale, it’s important that we stand by our long standing commitment towards gender equality. We believe strongly that women play a strong part in the work environment and add equal if not more value”, CEO Muhammad Ahsan Naseem added. “What is different about this program is that we aren’t only paying lip service to having more women at work but rather creating dedicated programs to train them in tech, testing services, sales, and marketing – basically across the board to ensure that they can play a much significant role in our organization.”
Coeus Solutions has offices in Lahore and Berlin. Coming out of Lahore University of Management Sciences in 2005, it’s expanding the business both headcount-wise and geographically. It’s also one of the most successful Pakistani Tech Companies in Germany, with net profits larger than its much bigger counterparts. It also announced its plan to list on Karachi Stock Exchange in Q1 2022 and indicated that it’s on track for its listing process with its consultants KTrade Securities.
