There is no such thing as good cholesterol and bad cholesterol. Cholesterol is cholesterol! It has been criticized for long; branded as the main villain in the heart attack, strokes, and it has petrified us for long.

Stress triggers dyslipidemia, a disorder that changes the levels of fats and lipoproteins in the blood and alters the way body metabolizes fat – leading to formation of too much “bad” cholesterol.

So whatever you may or may not do. Definitely, make an effort to manage your hectic lifestyle and ease it up a bit. It will be far more effective than judging food.
