How many of you remember Chandrachur Singh? I’m sure a lot of people didn’t know his name. I personally remember him as the “Mere Khayaalon ki malika” wala guy from Josh movie.
Well he appeared in movies like “Kya Kehna,” “Josh,” “Tere Mere sapne,” “Maachis,” “Dil Kya Kare,” “Aamdani Athanni Kharcha Rupaiyya.”
But where is he now? We never actually got to see him in any big film. He was once considered to be one of the promising new comers when he entered the industry.
He made his acting debut in 1996 in film “Tere Mere Sapne” He was then seen in “Maachis” movie opposite Tabu. Remember the song Chappa Chappa Charkha Chalay? Yeah that Maachis movie.
Yet his career did not take off the way it was expected.
He was last seen in movie “Zila Ghaziabaad”
According to him, he said “during his times there were no such opportunities to do character roles but today the industry have evolved and there are options, but he is happy that he did quality work for which he is still remembered.
Hopefully soon he will be seen in many films.
