Our body is the combination and collection of different biological conditions. We never know what might be going inside, when in actual every thing looks pretty well from the outside. This is what our defense mechanism is geared up to do.
So, here are the nine basic things which you might have never realized, but are an important part of your mechanism;
SNEEZING:
We sneeze when our nasal passages become filled with too many microbes, allergens, irritants, or dusts. When you sneeze, all these irritable elements are emitted out of your nose. So, it is a blessing in disguise.
HICCUPING:
When we eat food in a fast pace, or in large chunks, the pneumogastric nerve can become irritated. The nerve is situated very close to diaphragm and stomach. And when such happens, you get loads of hiccups.
YAWNING:
We yawn when our brain is too much overworked or it is overheated, which happens when you are exhausted. This is why you yawn frequently after a long day at work and when you are desiring to sleep.
UNINTENTIONAL STRETCHING:
Stretching occurs naturally when you want to prepare your nerves and want to relax the blood flow. It improves the mood by relaxing your body and prepares you to handle physical load.
SKIN WRINKLING:
We have always associated wrinkles with moisture. And it, in fact, is true! When your body is exposed to extensive moisture, your skin understands that and starts to adjust to the condition so that when you grip anything it doesn’t slip out of your hand. Wrinkling makes it easier to grip smooth surfaces, now that you understand!
GOOSEBUMPS:
Goosebumps helps to reduce the amount of heat our bodies lose through the pores of our skin. This means that in unfavourable conditions, your body will be able to easily warm itself.
