Vegetables play a very important part in our lives. It is specially best for our health. Vegetables are full of rich vitamins, minerals and healthy nutrients.
They decrease the risk of heart diseases. It prevents from cancer. Maintain blood pressure and even sugar level. Green vegetables specially green onions, celery, coriander, lettuce, spinach and many more greens are best for eye sight. Many people say that it’s a Myth. But it’s actually a fact . Greens do help you with the eye sight. You can not just eat or drink vegetables, you can also apply it on your face to get beautiful and glowy skin. Vegetables such as carrots, cucumbers and tomatoes etc is very good for your skin to minimise pores.

Vegetables are a rich source of nutrients. Adding vegetables to our daily routine makes a healthy diet. One who takes right amount of fruits and vegetables are immune to diseases. Vegetables are said to be the best food for our body. It doesn’t not make you gain weight but it does actually helps you to make your immune system healthy. It maintains your body in a positive way. Root vegetables such as carrots, potatoes are an excellent source of vitamins and minerals. They are also a good source of Fiber.
The more vegetables we consume, the more healthier we become. As it says, “Prevention is better than cure”, having vegetables today will reduce the risk of many unexpected diseases in future.
