Celebrities and Fitness influencers have set this trend of having morning drinks, juices with a combination of veggies and fruits blended together.

Benefits of having celery juice on empty stomach are insane. Celebrities like Naomi Campbell who is a British model and actress and Miranda Kerr who is also a model share their morning routine which includes Celery Juice.  Celery is loaded with high water content and its juice is very hydrating as it detoxifies the body. It also helps reduce face acne, eczemas, cures diabetes and other chronic illnesses. It also aids in weight loss and health and fitness influencers are all going crazy about how celery juice have helped them lose some pounds and made their skin glow.
