December 4th was a very sad day for the Hindi Film Industry as they lost one of the finest veteran on-screen characters, Shashi Kapoor. The performer who featured in various films, assumed wonderful parts and collected numerous shrubs to his name passed away at the age of 79 in Mumbai.
While everyone is still in grieving his downfall, sympathies have been pouring in from everywhere throughout the world.
Among the tributes given by media houses was a standout amongst the most famous news organizations on the planet, BBC, yet they fared shy of their exact news notoriety.
Hang on @bbcnews Shashi Kapoor has died not Amitabh Bachan or Rishi Kapoor, who you’ve weirdly used to illustrate the story. pic.twitter.com/48jo6DGjU6

In an awful misunderstanding, their recording of the main story featured Amitabh Bachchan from Kabhie. That is not it, they additionally demonstrated a clasp of Rishi Kapoor, his nephew. Truth be told, Shashi Kapoor’s face never disclosed all through his passing fragment.
Everyone started responding negatively and said this was a lack of knowledge and research:
Seriously this is terrible.

Lack of knowledge & research…if you dont know the news in and out dont telecast….reporting standards should be strict and punishable

I was sitting there thinking “why the hell are they showing classic footage of Amitabh @SrBachchan“….and then realised that the person responsible for obituaries @BBCNews may indeed not be able to tell the difference…
