Atif Aslam praised in India by Bollywood director Sudhir Mishra for this new song!

One of the assets of Pakistan’s music industry, Atif Aslam is undoubtedly currently the most popular singer of the current era. He has not only spread his magic here but has mesmerized the world with his unique voice and charm. Especially Bollywood has fallen in love with the singer since his first song Woh Lamhey was featured in the film Zeher.

Recently Bollywood director Sudhir Mishra praised Atif and called him one of the greatest singers the industry has.

Mishra’s film Daas Dev features a song Sehmi hai Dhadkansung by Atif. While talking about the song the director said, “Like all great singers, Atif has the capacity to bring out the emotional depth of a song, but is never sentimental.”

“The words are articulated so brilliantly but there is a touch of mystery. It has the capacity to mean different things to the listener at different times.”  He added.

While Atif who has sung the song said shared why he loved the new song. He said he found the song “an interesting composition because of the lyrics and the way it was supposed to be sung, especially the change of the music from the beginning to the end, is very amusing. It is beautifully composed and I thoroughly enjoyed working for this song, I hope everyone loves it too.”

While another Indian singer and minister is calling for ban on Pakistani artists including Atif, this statement from Mishra proves that art has no boundary and that artists should not be involved in political matters.
