Mumbai police have arrested Indian actor Armaan Kohli for allegedly assaulting his girlfriend Neeru Randhawa.
The police enrolled a body of evidence on June 4 against the 46-year-old, who has been denounced by his lover, a model, of whipping her after a contention broke out between the two. The law masters were watchful for Kohli, who had been departing suddenly since the enlistment of an argument against him.
The capture by Santacruz police went ahead Tuesday, a senior police official affirmed to the media outlet. As indicated by the complainant, she was involved with 46-year-old Kohli for recent years, the authority said.
The twosome had a contention over some financial issue at their living arrangement on the night of Sunday, June 3, and amid the fight, he purportedly pushed the lady from the stairs, as indicated by her.
The denounced at that point pulled her hair and struck her head into the floor, the lady affirmed. She included that she endured head and knee wounds amid the scene and was admitted to a doctor’s facility by her driver.
Further investigation on this matter is in progress, the police official included. Kohli has showed up in various movies like ‘Jaani Dushman: Ek Anokhi Kahani’ and showed up in ‘LOC: Kargil’ in 2003. He also gained popularity after featuring on Salman Khan-hosted reality TV show ‘Bigg Boss’ Season-7.
