Poor Aamir Khan & His Wife Faces The Wrath of Racism.
Aamir Khan, The Versatile Actor, who has given so much to the Bollywood film Industry, made such successful films, is now being humiliated everywhere, even on social media. Earlier when Aamir Khan’s wife suggested that they should move out of India due to the “Rising Intolerance” in the country, it became such of a big deal that everyone in India started to lash out at him and asking him to leave the country, including the famous film-makers and actors.
Rishi Kapoor tweeted;
Aamir Khan made pretty clear in his recent Interview that neither he nor his wife has any intention of leaving India. Here’s his full statement..
“Neither I, nor my wife Kiran, have any intention of leaving the country. We never did, and nor would we like to in the future. Anyone implying the opposite has either not seen my interview or is deliberately trying to distort what I have said. India is my country, I love it, I feel fortunate for being born here, and this is where I am staying.”
While thanking his supporters for being on his side while he faced allegations of being anti-national, Aamir said he stands by his comment on the issue of “Rising Intolerance” in India.
“I stand by everything that I have said in my interview. To all those people who are calling me anti-national, I would like to say that I am proud to be Indian, and I do not need anyone’s permission nor endorsement for that. To all the people shouting obscenities at me for speaking my heart out, it saddens me to say you are only proving my point.”
Shiv Sena, A leader of the Punjab unit, along with his workers earlier protested near a 5-star hotel in Ludhiana where Aamir Khan and his crew have been staying during the shooting of the movie ‘Dangal’. The protesters burnt his posters and disrupted traffic outside the hotel.
Shiv Sena has offered Rs 1 lakh to anyone who slaps Bollywood actor Aamir Khan for his comment on ‘growing intolerance’ in the country.
“Any person who slaps Aamir Khan will be rewarded Rs 1 lakh. This is important because no one living in our country should dare to say anything against India. Anyone from the hotel staff or the film crew can slap him and take the reward,” Shiv Sena said on Wednesday.
On the same day, the actor avoided the media. He was seen leaving the hotel and arriving at the shooting venue in an SUV. Later that day, the actor had to leave for Mumbai around a week back after he collapsed on the film set and was advised rest by doctors.
Family comes first no matter what. If Aamir Khan or his wife is thinking to provide a safe future for their kids, they are not doing anything wrong. Husband and wife had a little talk and that’s it. He never said anything against his beloved country.
In a recent Interview, Aamir Khan said,
“When I chat with Kiran at home, she says ‘Should we move out of India?’ That’s a disastrous and big statement for Kiran to make. She fears for her child. She fears about what the atmosphere around us will be. She feels scared to open the newspapers every day.
“That does indicate that there is this sense of growing disquiet, there is growing despondency apart from alarm. You feel why this is happening, you feel low. That sense does exist in me,” Aamir Khan said.
Aamir Khan’s wife only suggested him if they could leave India for the sake of their child’s safety. Why making such a big deal out of it? It’s their life and they have every right to do whatever they like. After what happened with Aamir Khan, I would say that no matter how much sincere you are to your country or how popular you are, ‘If you are a Muslim’ and you’re living in India or in any other Non-Muslim state, then you will be tortured to death.
The actor said for any society, it is important to have a sense of security and sense of justice.
