In Pakistan’s theatre business, Alizeh Shah is a promising young actress. She began her career as a kid star in many brand commercials and is now a prominent character in plays. Her most recent efforts are “Mera Dil Mera Dushman,” “Jo Tu Chahay,” and “Ehd-e-Wafa,” an ISPR production. On Independence Day, Alizeh Shah issued a message, which she shared on her Instagram stories.
“I don’t know to whom I should wish independence day, perhaps to rapists who roam free and because of them, many girls are unable to step out and work, ladies can’t even travel on the highway with their families, a common girl and even a celebrity can’t wear clothes of her own choice,” she said in her statement. I recommend that you utilise social media in a constructive way and be friendly to one another. Don’t share your negative ideas with anyone. Don’t let others suffer from despair; independence is for everyone, not just you.”
Her comment was thereafter posted on several social media platforms, drawing widespread criticism.
