All good things come to an end and the era of Strings band has come to an end after more than three decades Faisal Kapadia and Bilal Masood parted their ways.
The band made the announcement in a post on their official Facebook account which wrote, “Hey guys. This post is a bit different from the usual. We have decided that today, 25/03/2021, is the day we graciously get to conclude STRINGS. The past 33 years have been incredible for both of us. It’s so rare to have the chance to be able to do things like this and we are infinitely grateful to all of our fans for making it possible. We hope you found it worthwhile as well. While the band technically may not be together anymore, both of us share an inseparable bond that will connect us no matter where life takes us. Thank you so much for everything.”
The musical band, which ruled the music industry for three decades, was formed by four college friends in 1988 and broke up a few years later. However, Bilal Masood and Faisal Kapadia decided to take the band further and then in 1990 released another album.
The band gained a huge acknowledgement when they released the song “Door” in 2000 and then, on a journey of success, the band performed super hit songs like Dhani, Zinda hoon, Yeh Hai Meri Kahani.
And fans are not happy with his decision.
