Different ways to have stress-free morning

Are you a morning person ?

Do you feel irritated when you wake up in the morning ? Does everything feels trembling and out of hand for you ?

Well for many of us morning blues can be fraught and full of stress, because everyone is trying to get ready at once and everyone has somewhere to be by a certain time.

From the buzzing alarm waking us up into consciousness to skipping breakfast and ensuring that we have enough time to get ready to be on time to work; the mornings just aren’t friends to some of us.

Everyone has a tight schedule in mornings and are hurrying up to finish things off. But we have done our research to find ways which will make our life less irritated and stressful.

Follow these ways to have a more controlled and stress-free morning:

  1. First and foremost, never skip your breakfast no matter how late or busy you are do your breakfast. Not only will this help with your metabolism but it can also give you energy, more focus and helps stave off possible morning crankiness.
  2. Drink two glasses of water upon waking, make it a routine to drink a glass of water to help flush out your body’s toxins, to get you hydrated and to fire up your metabolism.
  3. Take few minutes to settle down instead of jumping up and doing the core, first relax drink cup of tea or coffee and stay away from gadgets for a while to gather your self. Try to think and do write up of things you have to do so you can skip cluster.
  4. Try organizing things at night before you sleep, so when you wake up everything is set and ready to use, instead of looking for stuff in the morning and stressing about stuff.
  5. Avoid using any electronic device, instead of doing something productive you will use gadget and waste your time. Try to avoid screen time as much as possible.
  6. Do your morning stretch, we all are on drill but take 30 minutes out of your routine, it will make your body feel more relaxed, reduce anxiety upon waking and charged.

So try to follow some of these points to have a less stressful morning.
