Sonya Hussyn was recently invited for a heart-to-heart talk with legendary star Samina Jee for the show ‘Speak your heart with Samina Peerzada’.
Sonya Hussyn talked about her childhood memories, family life and how she entered showbiz. The ladies also talked about the great response of the audience after watching Sonya starrer Aangan.
Sonya said that she had never thought of entering showbiz and that it was all by chance. Hussyn is a physiologist by profession and had majored in physics.
Sonya started her acting career during her graduation time and carried studies along with her education.
Sonya also revealed that it was her father who encouraged her to enter the showbiz industry after she got a chance of acting a drama but hesitated to accept it. Her father suggested that she give it a try, and then she never looked back.

In part two of ‘Speak your Heart’ with Samina Jee, Sonya talked about her perceptions about life. She said that one should not be an extra sensitive person and let the things take as they come. Being the eldest among her siblings, Sonya plays a major role in taking care of her family.
Talking about her love life, she said that she fell in love four years ago and their bond is still strong. She said she loves him unconditionally but hasn’t planned on getting married yet due to her busy schedule. She added that she will marry the love of her life soon.
