Sanjay Leela Bhansali all set to revive his new big project after Padmaavat!

Filmmakers often approach subjects that delve into realistic representations of events. However, the alterations in the realistic content often misguide the viewers over the veracity of the subject.

Filmmaker Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s most ambitious project Gangubai Kothewali which is now titled as Heera Mandi was put to the backburner until further announcement. However, the recent reports suggest that the filmmaker is all set to resurrect his big project and will soon begin the shooting for the same. 

The film is based on the prostitutes and the racket of prostitution. Earlier, there were reports that the film will star Madhuri Dixit, Rani Mukherjee and Sonam Kapoor.

As per the sources, the film is towards the completion of scripting process. If the reports turn out to be true, it would be interesting to see Sanjay Leela Bhansali filtering out the deserving and the most suitable actress for the role. Reports also state that the filmmaker might either pick Deepika Padukone or Priyanka Chopra for the role. 

Meanwhile, Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s latest outing Padmaavat starring Ranveer Singh, Shahid Kapoor and Deepika Padukone scored great box office numbers and immense adulation from the audience for the film’s grandeur display of history encompassed with power pack performances by its lead actors. 

On the other hand, the filmmaker will be launching newcomers in his upcoming production titled Malaal which will be directed by Mangesh Hadawale. The film will star Javed Jaffrey’s son Mizaan opposite Sharmin who is Bhansali’s niece. Bhansali’s another production will also star newcomers like Poonam Dhillon’s son Anmol and Padmini Kolhapure’s son.
