Well known fashion model Abbas Jafri turned to politics. Abbas Jafri is two times Lux Awards winner and one time HUM Awards winner. and have done numerous fashion campaigns – nationally and on international level too.
As we know that Abbas Jafri was involved in many social campaigns and have always been vocal about social issues and their solutions, he was recently nominated as candidate for PS125 station, a ticket from Pakistan Tehreek Insaaf (PTI).
The PS125 (Nine Zero – 90) has always been known to belong to MQM, with a total population around 400,000 along with estimated votes around 260,000. And to contest election from such a critical area should surely be appreciated. 
Let’s see if he wins or not but one thing’s for sure that he has huge fan following already.
