The next season of Coke Studio is approaching and this time rumor has it that the American band, Krewella, is going to be performing a single. If the buzz is true then the audience will be able to enjoy something out of the ordinary as these sisters mainly focus on the EDM genre.
Krewella is a band that consists of two Pakistani-American sisters, Jahan and Yasmine Yousaf, who gained popularity in America from their debut album ‘Get Wet’ which was also featured in the Top 10 of the Billboard Hot 200.
The essence of Coke Studio lies in the integration of pop music with traditional Pakistani music so this time it will be an interesting to experience an additional blend of American EDM.
