Kangana Ranaut the Queen of Bollywood is busy with extensive shoots in Rajasthan. Ranaut is busy bringing a very brave and heroic character to life as she steps into the shoes of the Queen Jhansi. The period drama “Manikarnika” is based on the warrior who fought against the Britishers proving her bravery and power.
Ranaut stated how the shoots were extensive as she had fight sequences where she almost lost her life. She explained how she had to learn horse riding, combat skills, sword fighting and etc. The shoots gets difficult on every stage as this is a very challenging and respectable character which she will be playing. She would want to do justice to the role of the Empowered woman of that time.
