Bilal Lashari is leaving no stone unturned to make Maula Jatt 2 a complete perfection and success for the Pakistani cinema. The dedication that this uber-handsome director has put in is tremendous and worth applauding. However, it seems that he is becoming Mr. Perfectionist of Pakistan with an amount that he recently spent on just building the set of his movie.
The gigantic village set for the movie has been built in an agricultural area outside Lahore on the whooping amount of Rs2 crore.
Initially, Lashari had decided to shoot his film in Bari Studio’s village and the deal was also done, but he changed his mind last minute and went on to build an entire village.
Maula Jatt 2 is currently in the production phase with Hamza Ali Abbasi, Humaima Malick, Fawad Khan and Mahira Khan in lead roles. It will hit our cinema screens by next year.
