It has been confirmed by sources that the ban on screening Indian movies will soon be lifted.
The actor, director Shaan Shahid, who is known for his die-hard patriotism has urged the government to press India for screening of Lollywood films in the neighbouring country.
“A humble request to the prime minister, sir if you are making a committee for the Indian films so they can be shown in Pakistan. Please make a committee so that the Pakistani films can be shown in India also. As culture should not only be imported, it can exported also. Regards, a humble Pakistani, Shaan Shahid.”
He even had public spats with other celebrities over working in Bollywood. He has always shown his concern towards the exchange of talent between India and Pakistan and is yet again standing by our country’s industry.
