Since joining forces back in 2022, SAZGAR and GWM have redefined the SUV market of Pakistan. From the sleek Haval H6 to the futuristic H6 HEV and the Jolion, these cars have seen resounding success over the years. With another locally assembled hybrid vehicle, the Haval Jolion HEV – SAZGAR and GWM have become the only automaker in the country with not one but TWO locally assembled hybrid vehicles.
Jolion HEV, much like the H6 HEV, boasts a 1.5L DHT transmission engine. With 190HP and 375Nm of Torque, the vehicle is as powerful as it is stylish. Level Two Autonomous Driving, Ventilated Seats, Head Up Display, Apple CarPlay/Android Auto, and Adaptive Cruise Control are just a handful of so many features equipped within the Jolion HEV.The car is competitively priced too, with the price point of PKR 9,295,000/- and an initial booking amount of PKR 1,800,000/-. The delivery time committed right now by the company is 2 to 3 months.
SAZGAR has also recently launched two new hybrid vehicles, the GWM Ora 03 and GWM Tank 500. These vehicles are CBU units for now. In addition, there is SAZGAR’s EV rickshaw lineup too, which is regularly exported to African and Asian markets. These developments have helped propel the company becoming a pioneer in the NEV (new energy vehicles) segment.
The Jolion HEV was unveiled in Lahore with a grand launch event. Featuring a remarkable launch sequence, the event was attended by all SAZGAR employees, GWM representatives, and dealership owners. Another special highlight of the momentous occasion was an awards ceremony, with awards presented by respective HODs to their employees.
