Empowering Women: Breaking Societal Chains

As a daughter, a woman opens the door of Jannah for her father. As a wife, she completes half of her husband’s Deen. As a mother, Jannah lies under her feet. Despite the Quran stating equal rights for men and women, society judges women and their dreams. Men are given the freedom to do as they please, while women are restricted by societal limitations. Women are often labeled when they go against these limitations and are not allowed the same freedoms as men, such as going out at night. This is because of the societal belief that women are not safe, which is caused by men. Society gives men all the power, no matter the situation. Men are told from childhood that they have complete rights to do what they want, while women have to follow certain rules to survive in society.

Women have limitations set by society that are not of their choice. Men are mostly allowed to go anywhere they want with no curfew, but women are not. Women are given different names if they go against these limitations. Women are not allowed to go out at night like men, just because they are not safe. And why are they not safe? It’s because of the men. We always talk about the rights and importance of women, but we never act upon them. Women have their own importance and place in society, so why do men think they cannot survive in the world without them and that no one can recognize them in this society without their surnames? Why can’t women live their dreams? Women deserve to be respected equally to men. If a woman is expected to give respect, she deserves it in return.

Similarly, when we consider the role of a mother, we can see that every step is as difficult as an exam. It’s not easy, and not everyone can be as responsible as a mother is. All her life, she sacrifices most of her dreams for her kids, prioritizing her family without complaint. She wakes up early and sleeps late, working tirelessly every day without a break, even when she’s not feeling well. Before becoming a mother, she had goals for herself, but everything changes when she becomes a mother. She’s happy to take on all the responsibility and sacrifices she makes for her family. She invests her time, energy, and much more in the upbringing of her child in the best possible way she can. No matter how she feels, she never shows anything to her child or her family and always tries to be the perfect role model for her kids. In conclusion, the role of a mother is one of the most challenging and important roles in the world, and we should always appreciate and respect the sacrifices they make for their family.
