How to Incorporate Sunscreen in your Skincare Routine 

Wearing sunscreen on daily basis is the best way to protect your skin from harmful UV rays and maintain your skins natural and healthy glow. It protects our skin from discolouration, wrinkles and possible chances of having a skin cancer. 

One needs to follow a basic skincare routine to have a healthy smooth skin. Double cleanse your skin with an oil based cleanser first and then a water based cleanser. This way the natural oils of the skin are restored and pores are cleansed deeply leaving no dirt and oil. After that one should apply a toner which balances the natural pH of the skin.  And then apply sunscreen with atleast 30 to maximum 100 SPF with broad spectrum.

There are 2 types of sunscreens one is chemical sunscreen which should be applied  after applying your moisturiser as a top layer. And the other is physical sunscreen which is applied before applying your moisturiser. So it is very important to read the description before buying any sunscreen whether its a physical or chemical sunscreen so that you should know how to apply it or else the effectiveness decreases. Dermatologists stress a lot on the importance of sunscreen and how everyone should use it on daily basis.
