- Stop resenting those people that don’t respond immediately. There are a million reasons why someone may not text back and it is uncertain that it may have anything to do with you.
- Your mistakes don’t make you lesser than others. Stop believing that. Anyone who has made mistakes has progressed, what matters is having the power to continue.
- Do not “prescribe” to other people’s version of happiness. Find your own.
- Age should not benchmark success. Happy people do not follow societal norms to justify what brings them joy or success.
- Being optimistic does not mean you are naive.
- Being without a partner does not make you incomplete. A partner should compliment you, not make you a whole.
- Do not try to be someone you aren’t. There is a world full of opportunities and endless potential. Embrace yourself.
Until next time.
