- If you want to have a pleasant aura and be accepted at your work place, always compliment people behind their backs.
- Saying “you’re right” rather than telling someone “I know” will make you appear less of an arrogant person and does not demean the ideas of opinion of the person who may have shared it.
- Never ask “do you have any questions?”, always say “what questions do you have?”. People are likely to respond faster with a higher level of comfort.
- When you have an important thing to discuss, speak softly, a loud voice tends to do the opposite.
- If you come across a shy person, nod your head while the speak which helps them gain confidence.
- Always greet people with energy, it takes very less effort to be remembered and liked.
