Gossiping: An idle brain is the workshop of the devil.
When you have nothing to say or nothing to do, you tend to stray towards worthless conversations and activities, criticising people and questioning their character or judging them.
Judging: One of the worst traits people can have is judging someone. It is nothing but a reflection of your own insecurities. People feel judgement as a threat to their freedom. Why not make the world a better place rather than being judgemental?
Negativity: It is the biggest contributor to anxiety, the development of depression, insecurities and sadness. People often overvalue themselves and undervalue others. Both are negativities. It is like a slow poison that makes your mental health deteriorate.
Complaining: This is a sign of being irresponsible. Patience is considered a noble virtue and one should adapt it.
Lying: To avoid a certain problem, we lie. It is a sin that is so addictive that we may lose touch with reality. Realisation is hard when an opportunity is lost. Don’t be the kind to lie.
Excuses: Be a doer, not a dreamer. Simple as that!
I hope these traits are something you avoid to ensure you lead a healthy and well balanced life.
Until next time.
